Your fluency in Italian and dedication to delivering high-quality customer care will be instrumental in building brand loyalty. Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and live chat' effectively addressing inquiries regarding our luxurious offerings. - Assist customers throughout the ordering process' providing accurate product information and resolving any issues that may arise. - Handle customer complaints sensitively and professionally' striving for resolutions that lead to positive customer experiences. - Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions to ensure a smooth communication process and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and meet overall business objectives. - Stay updated on product details' promotions' and industry trends to deliver relevant and informed assistance to customers. - Participate in training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills within the luxury retail sector. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and verbal. - Previous experience in customer support' preferably within the luxury or high-end retail sector. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills' with a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service. - Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and challenges. - Passion for luxury products and a solid understanding of the retail customer experience. - Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote work environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer interactions accurately.
