Your fluency in Italian' paired with your dedication to outstanding customer care' will play a crucial part in fostering brand loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and live chat' effectively addressing their questions about our luxurious offerings. - Guide customers through the ordering process' providing detailed product information' and resolving any issues that may arise along the way. - Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically' aiming for a positive resolution and enhancing customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records for future reference and service improvement. - Collaborate with other team members and departments to support customer needs and enhance the overall service experience. - Stay informed about product offerings' promotions' and market trends to provide relevant advice and recommendations to customers. - Participate in training sessions to further develop your skills and deepen your understanding of the luxury retail sector.
