In this important role, you will serve as a key point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries related to innovative fitness technology products.

Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking users through phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to fitness technology. Address customer questions, troubleshoot technical problems, and assist them in optimizing their use of fitness applications and devices. Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed notes to enhance service quality. Collaborate with team colleagues to pinpoint trends and improve overall customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and best practices in fitness technology. Provide training to customers for maximizing their use of fitness technology products. Requirements Fluency in Italian and a good command of English. Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the technology or fitness industry. Passion for fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused mindset with dedication to enhancing user experience. Ability to work independently in a remote setup while contributing to team objectives.
