In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients utilizing innovative fitness technology products. This position allows you to work from home while helping customers troubleshoot issues, navigate their fitness apps, and maximize their use of technology as they pursue their fitness goals. If you are passionate about fitness, technology, and providing stellar customer service, we encourage you to apply Responsibilities Provide expert customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve technical issues, and guide them in effectively using fitness applications and devices. Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to customer service processes. Stay informed about product developments and industry trends in fitness technology to enhance support quality. Conduct customer training sessions to optimize the usage of fitness technology tools. Requirements Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English. Experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the technology or fitness industry. Strong interest in fitness and knowledge of fitness technologies, devices, and applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric attitude focused on delivering a superior service experience. Able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with the team.
