**What does your day-to-day in this role look like as a Hotel Reservation Specialist**:
- Establish an efficient, courteous and personalized contact with customers by telephone, in Italian and English, improving customer's experience
- Constantly looking for ways to bring an effective solution that highlights customer's needs while improving yours and team performance
- Follow established processes accordingly to the expected level of quality service, excelling in individual and team goals
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with its partners
**What do you need to be successful at this job**:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Italian**:
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in **English**:
- EU passport or PT Work Permit
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Experience in Customer Support in Hospitality/Tourism industry will be a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
