Responsibilities Provide unparalleled customer service in Italian, assisting clients with inquiries and personalized recommendations. Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty. Guide customers through the luxury shopping experience, communicating product features and stories effectively. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly, resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and elevate the overall customer experience. Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury products and brand offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance. Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain an inviting showroom environment. Requirements Fluency in Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar fields is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. A genuine passion for luxury brands and a clear understanding of customer expectations in a high-end retail environment.
