ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service in Italian, responding to client inquiries and offering personalized assistance. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty. Guide customers through their luxury shopping journey, showcasing product features and benefits enthusiastically. Effectively address customer feedback and resolve any concerns professionally and promptly. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales objectives and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury branding and product offerings to assist customers effectively. Support inventory management and visual merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing online presence. RequirementsFluency in Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a benefit. Previous experience in retail, luxury customer service, or related fields is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele. A genuine passion for luxury brands and a strong grasp of customer expectations in a premium retail setting.
