Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in Italian, assisting clients with inquiries and personalizing their shopping experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Guide customers through the luxury buying journey, clearly communicating product features and benefits. Effectively handle customer feedback and promptly resolve any issues or concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer service quality. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in luxury products and brand offerings to assist customers knowledgeably. Support visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain an inviting store environment. Requirements Fluency in Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a varied clientele. A genuine passion for luxury brands and a clear understanding of customer expectations in an upscale retail environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster collaborative relationships.
