Cross Border Talents is looking for an Italian speaking Sales Representative to relocate to Lisbon and work for a project of one of the largest telecommunications service providers in Switzerland.

The job As an Inbound Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for closing sales different subscriptions and products over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.  You will present the best offers we have by doing upselling and cross selling Even better if: You are comfortable to presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

You are able to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects.

You have a dynamic and highly proactive personality.

You have strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

You enjoy delivering results in a fast-paced environment that is results-oriented.

The activities Part of your daily activities include: Receiving inbound calls Sell offers to Customers Answering questions about products or subscriptions Understand customer requirements and closing sales Interact with the customer to understand the new needs and requests Further information 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Holiday and Christmas bonuses.

Accommodation: You have the option of living in a room in one of our company-rented apartments at least for the first 14 months of your stay.

Fully equipped and furnished apartments,  including kitchen, living room with cable TV and internet and all expenses are paid for by the company.

The apartments are typically between 20-60min away from the workplace.

Salary: 1100 -1300 Euros.
