Cross Border Talents is looking for an Italian speaking Sales Representative to relocate to Lisbon and work for a project of one of the largest telecommunications service providers in Switzerland. The Job As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales of different subscriptions and products over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships. You will present the best offers we have through upselling and cross-selling. Even Better If: You are comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. You can learn about products and services and describe them to prospects. You have a dynamic and highly proactive personality. You possess strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. You enjoy delivering results in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The Activities Part of your daily activities will include: Receiving inbound calls Selling offers to customers Answering questions about products or subscriptions Understanding customer requirements and closing sales Interacting with customers to understand their new needs and requests Further Information 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Holiday and Christmas bonuses. Accommodation: You have the option of living in a room in one of our company-rented apartments for at least the first 14 months of your stay. The apartments are fully equipped and furnished, including a kitchen, living room with cable TV and internet, and all expenses are paid for by the company. The apartments are typically between 20-60 minutes away from the workplace. Salary: 1100 - 1300 Euros.
