Your Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues Guide customers on how to optimize their use of our products and services Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall service quality Participate in training to keep your skills sharp and up to date with the latest technologies Requirements Fluent in Italian (both verbal and written) is essential Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Prior experience in a tech support role is preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment Willingness to relocate to Athens and engage with the local culture A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to grow in the tech field!
