The job As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales of different subscriptions and products over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You will present the best offers we have by doing upselling and cross selling. Even better if: You are comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. You have the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. You have a dynamic, sunny, and highly proactive personality, able to handle rejection. You have strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. You enjoy delivering results in a fast-paced, target-based environment. The activities Part of your daily activities include: Receiving inbound calls Selling offers to customers Answering questions about products or subscriptions Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Interacting with the customer to understand their new needs and requests Further information 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Holiday and Christmas bonuses. Accommodation: You have the option of living in a room in one of our company-rented apartments for at least the first 14 months of your stay. The apartments are fully equipped and furnished, including kitchen, living room with cable TV, and wireless internet, with all expenses paid for by the company.
