The resource will work as Product Owner in COO Agile - Investment Tribe Italy (area MIFID).

**:

**Investment tribe is a pillar of the Italy strategy with a number of core strategic initiatives and beyond, spanning from regulatory-related activities to new products / services to be offered to DB network.

**:

**The Product Owner works closely with Business and Product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the initiatives in line with expectation and needs.

He is responsible for delivering business/technical solutions in line with priorities.

He coordinates the activities both within the squad and across different stakeholders (External vendor, Business Lines and Divisional Functions).

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Develop a product vision, requirements and road map in Mutual Funds areas

- **Work closely with Business and Product stakeholders to plan and prioritize initiatives in line with expectation and needs.

Assess value and prioritizes stories, epic and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and through the appropriate tools (Jira, Confluence)

- **Work closely with squad members to develop business/technical solution in line with priorities

- **Coordinate implementation of solution, in particular technological, procedure and control changes

- **Present updates to key stakeholders and Senior Management

- **Proactively identify and manage risks and issues that might affect squad's overall health and escalate appropriately

- **Develop of professional working relationship with all stakeholders involved (Business, Control and Divisional Function, Global Technology, External vendors)

**Skills specification**:

- university degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in Business or Finance

- experience in Project Management/Change Management activities

- experience in Financial Services

- experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance

- expertise in conceptual modelling; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions

- self-motivated, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task

- strong analytical skills

- excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills

- ability to work independently as well as be a team player

- excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills

- detail oriented and creative thinker with ability to generate ideas, develop concepts, and suggest innovative solutions

- ability to assess issues, evaluate risks, and suggest corrective actions

- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- knowledge of Mifid 2 regulation and Mutual Funds products
