**Position Overview**:

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

PACS SPECIFIC:

- PRESS REVIEW: every morning prepare a comment in English to have a complete view of the Italian main topics

timeline: ongoing

- TOLL-FREE NUMBER: The intern will be the first point of contact for the toll-free number, to analyze the potential critical situation of specific cases managed by the external agency, rising potential issues and supporting with his/her proposal of a solution to be approved or escalated.

- CAMPAIGNS and PORTFOLIO: The intern will be responsible for coordinating with the local franchise operation team, local and European PACS team in order to find the best adaptation possible of consumers campaigns, considering the local framework and sensitiveness, giving a structured background to promote specific messages.

Preparation of contents and adaptation of international deck will be crucial to support the team.

**Education Requirements**:

Final Year of BA, Masters/Postgraduate or recent graduate.
