Italy Biopharma Operations Partner (Bop)
Role Summary
The Italy Biopharma Operations Partner (Italy BOP) will serve as an operations interface for the business within the Italy market, offering strategic partnership and Ops accountability for clients.
The Italy BOP will strategically partner with senior business leaders and business partners, and in collaboration with the Italy BOP Lead, will ensure future-oriented solutions are provided in a proactive manner to better serve the commercial business' work.
A deep understanding of the business will be essential to advise on and broker Biopharma Ops services that solve market or BU-specific business challenges.
Role Responsibilities
Acts as an interface between the Italy market and Biopharma Ops
- Builds and maintains strong long-lasting relationships with senior business leaders in Italy down to 1st line managers resp.
district managers / brand leads
- Has a deep understanding of the Italy business, multiple business unit strategies, and key priorities related to the market / BU businesses
- Serves as a point of contact for information or problem resolution for major service delivery-related incidents to help resolve them quickly
- Enables and leads matrix communications and management between Biopharma Ops and the Italy business
- Has a broad and deep knowledge of the Biopharma Ops service portfolio and educates commercial stakeholders on the value B. Ops is delivering to the business/clients
- Identifies opportunities in the Italy to improve service delivery processes and the Biopharma Ops services
- Manages and escalates risks where appropriate to deliver the set objectives/goals
- Drives change initiatives/projects and culture change across Biopharma Ops to make it stick
Partners with business/clients at the market level and helps ensure future-oriented solutions are provided:
- Acts on behalf of the B. Ops with the Italy business partners as a trusted advisor, sparring partner, and point of accountability for those clients
- Is the market orchestrator of service delivery to meet business needs and demands - highlighting areas of opportunity for existing Biopharma Ops services that will support current needs.
- Anticipates future needs of the business and effectively communicates within B. Ops so that the team can execute value-adding changes to the Biopharma Ops services and provide future-orientated solutions for the business
- Leverages and influences a broad and diversified stakeholder network at senior levels to drive key decisions across multiple stakeholder groups to get things done
- Monitors client satisfaction and devises measures to increase client satisfaction from gained insights
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years' experience
- Demonstrated track record of strong cross functional collaboration and effective utilization of available resources
- Experience in business analysis, has commercial acumen and problem solving skills
- Proficient in project management, having the ability to keep track of multiple projects
- Change Agile with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
