Description Are you an experienced sales and marketing leader in the chemical industry?
Are you driven by the challenge of leading a high-performing team and implementing successful strategies in the Italian market?
Join Orapi Maintenance as our Italy Country Manager and be part of our global success story!
Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the sales strategy in Italy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the global objectives of the Orapi Maintenance Business Unit.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape sales initiatives and product development.
Regularly review sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
Represent Orapi Maintenance at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and foster business growth.
Lead and support the sales team: Manage, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team (sales, marketing, IT, HR, finance) to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with HR to adapt team structures and compensation packages to meet Business Unit targets.
Set annual goals for team members, clients, and key accounts and ensure proper follow-up.
Work closely with other departments (product development, operations, finance, etc. )
to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: Identify and develop high-value key accounts, creating tailored strategies to drive business growth.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance market presence.
Technical and Commercial Skills: Proven success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the chemical industry.
In-depth knowledge of "Go to Market" strategies and customer requirements.
Track record of implementing strategic plans to drive revenue and expand market presence.
Behavioral Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Familiarity with chemical industry-specific technologies is a plus.
Flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
