Informazioni su di noi We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager / Italy Director to lead our operations and sales in the Italian market.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in the renewable energy sector, a proven track record in strategic sales, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.
Missione Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's business strategy in Italy to achieve growth and market share objectives.
Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to position the company as a leader in the photovoltaic sector.
Sales and Business Development: Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, EPC companies, and utilities.
Lead negotiations and secure contracts for large-scale solar projects.
Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the solar PV market, including technologies, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and guidance to the global team on the Italian market's dynamics.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing local team to support business operations and sales efforts.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with local regulations, policies, and industry standards.
Monitor and manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
Profilo Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on the solar PV industry.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles.
Experience working in large multinational corporations is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to transition to smaller companies or a strong motivation to contribute to the growth of an innovative company Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of photovoltaic technologies, solar tracking systems, and industry-specific nomenclature.
Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and nurture client relationships and lead a team effectively.
