**What we are looking for **Within our Italy office in Milan, we are looking for a General Accounting Specialist for our Finance team.

**Primary Responsibilities

- Analyses of purchase requisition and orders in particular focus on tangible and intangible assets to ensure the correct capitalization and depreciation;

- Support other departments on the assets write off process;

- Manage ISTAT requests of company data;

- Month-end activity reconciliations, account variance analysis, accruals and general accounting journal entries;

- Support the manager for local tax obligations payment and related cost analyses;

- Preparation of any supplier reconciliations if needed.

**Other Responsibilities

- Support a documented system of accounting policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Law 262/2005.

- Support internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support and responding to inquiries.

**Preferred Qualifications

- 2-3 years of financial accounting experience in Multinational Companies.

- Educational Background in Accounting.

- Good spoken and written English to interact with foreign affiliates

- Good ability to work independently and in a team

- Attention, precision, and punctuality
