Supporting the HR team in all the daily activities related to employees' life-cycle events in the Company (hiring, onboarding and management, as well as employees' exit);

- Support in projects, spot activities and yearly recurring tasks the function is involved in;

- Collaboration in the HR planning and controlling activities;

- Supporting the recruitment team in the selection processes of personnel;

- Collaboration with the people development team, in setting up and rolling out training activities, and supporting in the continuous analysis of business training needs relating with external and internal clients.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in economics or management or law with a focus on Human Resources management.

- Curiosity, critical thinking and strong problem-solving attitude;

- Quantitative mindset;

- Teamwork attitude and good communication skills;

- Fluency in both Italian and English (knowledge of French or Spanish appreciated).
