**IGT**, a global leader in lotteries, is looking for an newgraduated or undergraduated **Customer Experience & Project Management Junior Specialist** for a **six months internship

**Main Acttivities**:

- Opening and reloading from Point of Sales

- Redesign portal pages, apps, websites and virtual agent tool

- Drafting service and functionality documentation (Kb, Faq, presentations, etc.

).

- Post-release performance monitoring (data analysis, surveys, navigation funnel)

- Drafting progress of activities and projects

- Project planning, PMO

- Drafting documents on services and features for stakeholders,

- Analyzing and mapping processes

- Monitoring activities and performance

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree in Management Engeneering or Statistics

- The knowledge of IT specific tools will be considered a plus

- Fluent in english

- Teamworking
