#ELC HR Assistant The HR Assistant The Role The HR Assistant supports the daily operations of the HR department, handling tasks such as job posting, resume screening, calls and interviews, data management, and report preparation.
Key Performance Areas Support the HRBP for retail and commercial areas in:Drafting job postings and posting them on major recruiting platforms. CV screening. Candidate calls and interviews. Drafting candidate profiles. Utilization of Sap Success Factors & Eightfold AI software. Translations English/Italian. General support in daily HR management tasks. Requirements Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility, and a professional attitude in line with company standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English language. Excellent knowledge of key computer tools such as Outlook, Office. The profile is complemented by a good practical sense, strong initiative, flexibility, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a genuine interest and motivation in the field of Human Resources.
