#ELC Key Account Assistant The Role The Key account assistant assists the key account executive in daily activities, such as customer portfolio management (fragrances primarily) and internal communications flow management with other business functions (Brand, Mac Artist, Sales Analyst).

In particular, its activities are: Preparation and maintenance of files for new product launches.

Monitoring the launch progress and entering new orders.

Monitoring trade and sell out activity.

Support and collaboration with Marketing and Mac Artist & Coach in the definition and implementation of ad hoc promotional activities for individual customers.

Back-office activities (returns management, order entry, stock verification, ).

Analysis, reporting and planning activities.

Qualifications Data analysis skills.

Excellent Excel knowledge.

Excellent PowerPoint knowledge.

Ability to relate and work in groups.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

SAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
