ELC Visual Merchandising and Store Design
**The Role
**Key **Performance Areas
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to map competitors across three different channels: national chains, traditional chains and ultra-prestige.
- Continuously monitor and identify best practices for scaling, maintaining curiosity, and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Briefing and monitoring the implementation of visibility activities and projects by effectively collaborating with internal (brands, sales) and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers) to guarantee excellence in in-store execution.
- Adapt VM assets accordingly to global Brands strategy, safeguarding Brand equity while enhancing local relevance.
- Develop a deep understanding of Brands DNA and introduce new visual merchandising material concepts.
- Collaborate with the Team to contribute to the development of local trade materials.
- nalyze VM surveys through the internal platform on a quarterly basis, reporting results and feedback to inspire actionable improvements.
- Create Corporate canvas presentations.
**Qualifications
- Minimum Education Level: Degree in Marketing Management, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing.
- English language proficiency: mandatory.
- Keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Curious, open-minded and with a smart attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and meticulous.
