Italy IT Assets and Processes Internship | Milan

For our office in Milan**, **Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our** Italy IT Operations team**, reporting to the Italy IT Operation Manager.

As part of the Asset function, you will support controls and governances related the whole IT Assets (PCs, Monitors, iPhones, iPads, Data lines, Routers, etc.

etc. )

throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition.

**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?

**We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of:

- Creating and manage complex assets plans (both for renewal and growth), perform impacts analysis, solve high impact problems, and provide resolution to restore services

- Ensuring and address escalation processes reducing Shops downtime

- Driving Root Cause Analysis post restoration of service

- Designing and monitor complex asset processes through KPIs definition and create automation for repetitive tasks

- Managing KPIs to guarantee all asset area efficiency and ensure shops operations

- Ensuring periodic processes update and procedures as necessary

- Managing the P2P process according to investment Budget

- Monitoring the lead times

- Managing field suppliers and control to guarantee the better quality of service

- Ensuring the asset inventory update

- Collaborating with Global IT Team for all activities and projects related IT Assets

**You are the right person if you**:

- Are graduating or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

- Speak English fluent

- Are able to go deep in the data to extract significant information than can drive the team and make the difference

- Possess strong analytical skills

- Have a natural inclination to solve problems and able to handle complexity

- Are able to manage multiple activities and to set priorities

- Have a proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
