For our Italian Headquarters in **Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our **Italy IT Operations team **in having an active and strategic role in the ambitious Digital Transformation project that is affecting the company globally.

**We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of: - Assess and support processes re-engineering, reducing the complexity and maximize efficiency; - Support the governance, monitoring and evolution of the Local Applications Map; - Interact with internal and external stakeholders, belonging to both Business and IT Areas.

**You are the right person if you**: - Have a degree in Informatics, Engineering or Business.

- Are empathic, a good communicator and you have a strong attitude in team working but also ability to work autonomously.

- Are a determined person, provided with a growth mindset.

- Speak English fluently and eager to work with multicultural teams.

- Like to go deep in the data to extract significant information that can drive the team and make the difference.

- Like to be put in front of a problem and solve it.

**Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer: - **6 months internship **in our Italian Headquarters located in Via Vezza d'Oglio 7 - **Competitive monthly reimbursement.

** - Full **time experience, ** Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!).
