The candidate will join the Italian team in the IT department division. In this role, the candidate will be an active and strategic part of the ambitious Digital Transformation project that is affecting the company globally. He/she will have the possibility to work with the best technology and gain experience on different projects as an active part of the Global IT department and the Local business functions. We work to maintain and constantly improve our technological landscape for our Shops & HQ. Moreover, we are going to transform our internal IT processes, including new digital instruments and tools to be more efficient and guarantee high quality of IT services. For our Office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Italy IT Operations team , reporting to the Italy IT Operation Manager.
Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? You'll be in charge of:
Cross-functional collaboration with the Global IT Operations team on activities and projects affecting the local IT Infrastructure KPI oriented approach to measure all IT infrastructure efficiency and ensure shops operations Ensure and address escalation processes reducing Shops downtime Drive Root Cause Analysis post restoration of service Support the execution of Operations projects adopting an Agile approach Create and manage complex assets plans, managing suppliers, time constraints, budget and internal stakeholders. Suppliers' management You are the right person if you:
Are graduating or have recently graduated in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Speak English fluently Are able to go deep into the data to extract significant information that can drive the team and make a difference Possess strong analytical skills Have a natural inclination to solve problems and handle complexity Are able to manage multiple activities and set priorities Have a proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team Curious about who you'll be working with?
