Aligned to this goal, we offer a hybryd working policy, allowing employees to work
**9 days/month remotely**.
**Key responsibilities including but not limited to**:
- Managing our asset portfolio with respect to cost control, governance, compliance, and performance objectives.
- Developing and maintaining audiological asset processes.
- Supporting planning and implementation of audiological asset life cycle strategy.
- Identifying all the KPIs needed to guarantee the best assets governance.
- Thanks to strong "KPI oriented" routines, ensuring all the asset life cycle execution (acquisition, deployment, tracking and final disposal) meeting the company's policies and expectations.
- Managing field suppliers, in order to guarantee the expected quality of the services.
**What you'll need
- STEM Bachelor's degree
- Positive and proactive approach, transformation and continuous improvement attitude.
- Detailed process-oriented and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple activities
- Empathy and strong attitude in team working
- Outstanding communication attitude
- Having acquired experience in complex IT projects or have operated in challenging/high growing multi-country contexts is a nice to have.
- Fluent English is required
