Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is required;

Empathy and strong attitude in team working;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Solid problem solving with the ability to solve both technical and operational problems;

Ability to produce and maintain necessary documentation;

Excellent customer service and project management skills;

Knowledge of EAI principles and practices;

Fluent English is required;

Experience in retail or health care is preferred;

Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Oracle CX is a nice to have.
