**Job Description**:

**Key Performance Areas & Description

The selected resource will be inserted in the Supply Chain Department and will carry out the following activities:

- Responsible for designing and implementing a quality program for all logistics flows also in cooperation with EMEA central quality team.

- Drafting of operating procedures including training plan and Qualification

- To become Subject matter Expert (SME) regarding the processes and the systems in the logistic area

- Process analysis and identification of possible points for improvement

- Support & development of projects for quality & operations efficiency

- Support in the definition and follow-up of warehouse performance KPIs

- Management of 2 direct reports (blue collars)

**Qualifications

- University Degree in Engineering or equivalent

- 2+ years in Supply Chain department

- Fluent English + Local Language

- Analytical and proactive approach

- Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse and logistic processes

- Use of informatic systems (Office & SAP) and excellent knowledge of their processes
