We seek a passionate Italy Payroll Specialist with a good understanding of payroll processes.

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, fluent in Italian and English, and comfortable in a multinational, remote environment.

The Job (responsibilities): Assisting Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities such as hirings/terminations/payroll changes, T&A system updates, absences, and payroll controls in cooperation with external provider (ADP). Prepare payments and reports. Cooperate with internal payroll team. Resolve payroll issues and questions. Support year-end tasks, audits, and payroll projects. The Person (requirements): At least basic knowledge of Italy payroll knowledge supported with relevant experience. Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of ADP Celergo payroll platform will be an advantage. Ability to work remotely, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks. Team player. We offer: 12-month contract with the possibility to extend to indefinite period. Multinational, remote work environment. Smart working (only occasional visit office required).
