)How you will make a difference:Validation of all payments and deductions. Ensure knowledge of Client contracts of employment, policies, taxation, mandatory insurance, and social security regulations – ensuring all payments are duly authorized, correct, and compliant. Correct and timely net payments always: Target - 100% correct pay slips.
Payments are transmitted on time and accurately. Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files. Managing client inquiries via telephone and email. Building and nurturing the relationship we have with the customer and delivering world-class service. Performing additional duties as required by the operations team. What will make you stand out:Italian - fluent and English – good level (B1/B2). Experience in Italian Payroll & HR Administration – not less than 4 years. Experience in using MS Office.
