We seek a passionate Italy Payroll Specialist with a good understanding of payroll processes.

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, fluent in Italian and English, and comfortable in a multinational, remote environment. Location: Monvalle (VA) - only occasional visit office requiredThe Job (responsibilities): Assisting Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities such as hirings/terminations/payroll changes, T&A system updates, absences, and payroll controls in cooperation with external provider (ADP).

Prepare payments and reports.

Cooperate with internal payroll team.

Resolve payroll issues and questions.

Support year-end tasks, audits, and payroll projects. The Person (requirements): At least basic knowledge of Italy payroll knowledge supported with a relevant experience.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Strong Excel skills (vlookup & PIVOT).

Knowledge of ADP Celergo payroll platform will be an advantage.

Ability to work remotely, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
