What we are looking for For our Milan office, we are currently looking for a Controlling Specialist to be hired with a permanent contract.

The Planning & Control function determines long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company's financial direction and expectations and predicting financial outcomes.

You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

Main activities and responsibilities: Month-end and year-end closing analysisBudgeting and forecastingCost controllingPreparing reports and presentationsSkills and Experiences: Graduate in Economics or related fields2 - 3 years experience in a similar role (a previous experience in multinational companies, consulting, and/or retail companies will be considered a plus)Tools: deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatoryOther tools (nice to have): Oracle Fusion, Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Oracle Workforce Planning, Smart View (a minimal technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be considered a plus)Strong numerical and analytical understanding and capabilitiesExceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasksPositive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a teamAvailability for career development abroad within the GroupFluent in English
