MISSION As Italy Sales Area Manager within the Europe team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, volume growth, and managing the local Maserati network in your designated area. Your mission is to achieve retail, wholesale, market share, and stock objectives, while supporting the sustainable growth of the Maserati brand and reinforcing its premium positioning in the Italian market.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Develop and manage sales and volumes in your area, coordinating with the local Maserati dealer network. Achieve assigned objectives for retail, wholesale, market share, and stock management. Drive the performance improvement of dealers through consistent support and tailored strategies. Act as the main liaison between the Maserati dealer network and Maserati, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Oversee and optimize local marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to stimulate sales. Supervise and manage budgets for sales incentives and dealer support programs. Provide accurate retail and wholesale sales forecasts to Maserati. Define, present, and negotiate annual sales terms between the Maserati dealer network and Maserati. Support the Italian dealer network in meeting annual sales targets. Identify and implement strategies to enhance dealer sales performance. Address and resolve issues affecting dealer business operations, involving Maserati when necessary. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in managing dealer relationships and sales performance. Fluent in English and Italian.
