The focus of the Italy Services Team Specialist I will be the following:
- Certification of Italian products on the Italian Regulator portal:
- Standard projects certification;
- Critical file updates;
- Audit projects certification;
- Provide basic technical support for clients and other departments;
- Check evidence and submitted audit materials;
- Liaise with SOGEI (ADM technical team) to resolve basic issues;
- Process branded requests.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks:
- Analyze and recommend improvements for the process in place;
- Communicate and cooperate with GLI technical departments.
**Experience, Education, Skills and Credentials**:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required;
- Must have a valid driver's license;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required;
- Must demonstrate strong business administrative skills;
- Prior admin experience is preferred;
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English and Italian sufficiently to perform the duties of this position;
- Must have the ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties;
- Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines;
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

Any of our employees may be required to obtain a gaming license within one or all the gaming jurisdictions.
