**What we are looking for

- Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per customer' criteria

- Lead time control for production and order repair processes

- Collaborate with manufacturers to assure flowless communication and prompt problem solving

- Ensure that processes are efficient and accurate (complaints, production orders, repair orders)

- Improve the Purchasing processes and support performance excellence

- Support shops for the management processes of repair orders and all related problems (spare parts codes, repair price, quotation, serial number inconsistencies)

- Support the management of the local master data (product master data, sales and purchase price lists, supply chain attributes)

**What you'll need

- 3-5 years of experience working in Customer Service

- Strong team player

- Customer oriented approach, proactive and problem solver attitude

- English knowledge B2
