MissionAs Italy Talent Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, supporting senior recruiters and the HR leadership team throughout a structured and objective selection process.
You'll also incorporate innovative interviewing techniques to adapt to evolving market needs. Key AccountabilitiesCollaborating closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing requirements. Screening resumes and actively sourcing candidates across various recruiting platforms. Conducting HR interviews, providing support for technical interviews as needed. Monitoring KPIs and analyzing recruitment processes. Delivering high-quality results on time, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Assisting in the implementation of innovative selection and recruitment practices. Developing and promoting campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates. Participating in job fairs to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
