About The Position We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join the Italy Trade Marketing Team of the Aftermarket Division; this position is based at our office in Corbetta. Your Responsibilities Will Be Drive the success of our product offerings by achieving targets in turnover, margin, and pricing, and by supporting our sales and supply chain teams. Achieve turnover, margin, and pricing targets for assigned products. Develop and implement effective promotional actions, monitor impact (profitability, customer satisfaction, etc. ), and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to define sales forecasts for assigned products. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to support strategic positioning, promotion, and distribution in the domestic market. Assist the Sales team with product launches, customer presentations, and external activities (fairs, conventions, meetings with workshops and spare parts dealers). Create reports and presentations for internal use, the sales force, or customers. What Qualifications You Will Bring Previous experience in a marketing role within a structured company (2/3 years). Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Statistical Sciences, or a related field. Fluency both in Italian and English. Soft Skills: excellent communication and listening skills, customer orientation, organizational skills, business acumen, negotiation skills, organizational sensitivity, analytical skills. Technical Skills: understanding of economic, statistical and marketing principles, sales techniques, technical knowledge of products, basic legal knowledge (contracts). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP. Willingness to undertake business trips mainly within the Italian territory. Familiarity with the automotive market is a plus.
