Areas of Responsability**:

Ensuring to the organizational area of competence the collection of specific needs in the ICT field and the monitoring of the service level, providing the proactive and innovative support necessary to guarantee the operation, development and maintenance of IT technologies in line with business plan objectives.

Main responsibilities:

- Identify and understand the needs connected to business processes, ensuring the internal customer the most effective ICT solutions

- Define, in coordination with the Manager and the other ICT areas, the most effective IT solutions to support Business processes.

- Ensure the administration and management of the relevant systems

- Manage the scouting, analysis and development of ICT solutions

- Carry out software analysis and development activities to expand the functionality of the systems

- Ensure the correct implementation, manage and maintain the solutions by managing relationships with outsourcers

- Collaborate in defining ICT security policies and procedures

- Contribute to the definition of the opex/capex budget according to agreed times and methodologies

- Eventually support colleagues in managing the most common issues

**Studies**:

University degree in engineering.

Work Experience:

- Experience in managing the Demand ICT process

- Experience in drafting technical specifications and tender specifications

- Experience in project management

- Experience in managing suppliers

**Languages**:

- Fluent English

- French and/or German and/or Italian will be considered a plus

**It Skills**:

- Good knowledge of SAP ERP, in particular Real Estate, Treasury and BCM

- Knowledge of modern Analytics and BI systems (eg MS Power BI)

- Good system analysis and troubleshooting skills

- Knowledge of the Capex/Opex budget process
