Job Description:Would you like to help shape and implement BH regional procurement strategies? Would you like the opportunity to be responsible for business growth? Join our Operations and Procurement team! Our Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects.

We collaborate with local and regional teams to innovate and manage the buying process, engaging in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and results for the company.

Contribute to business growth You will be the key interface toward Sales, Commercial, and Application Engineering teams, driving the coordination of all CTS Procurement bid preparation activities, including liaison with other functions to ensure a competitive procurement input into tenders.

You will help drive CTS growth starting from the ITO phase and ensure coordination and support from Procurement and Logistics.

As an ITO Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:

Being the key Procurement point of contact for bids with both suppliers and other functions. Being a pro-active member of the cross-functional bids team and providing procurement feedback. Providing regular status updates on bids/opportunities (including win/loss analysis and RCA) and priorities within Procurement, driving overall support, coordination, and loopback feedback from the ITO team (e. g. , vendor list update, BCC acceptance, etc.

). Engaging within the Procurement team (commodity, buyers, supplier quality, logistics, etc. )

on specific bids to drive competitiveness (cost, lead time) and supplier selection, aligning with customer requirements. Ensuring Commodity strategies (including BCC introduction) are integrated into the bid in consultation with buyers through their negotiations support and coordinating all offers/feedback/input across the entire bid. Coordinating with Procurement Product Leaders to inject NPD and cost-out programs into bids. Ensuring that cost out achieved by NPD and cost programs, new supplier qualifications, and other changes are timely embedded into ITO bidding tools (i. e. , ITO PLT, Vendor List, etc.

). Coordinating the handover process to ensure continuity from bid to project with the Procurement team. Ensuring all Procurement risks are identified, reviewed, and mitigated. Conducting training sessions for the ITO population as appropriate (e. g. , new supplier introduction, BCC supplier base extension, etc.

). To be successful in this role you will:

Have a BSc from an accredited university or college. Have good experience in Tender and Project Sourcing, Commercial & Project Management. Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative and leading beyond functional boundaries. Have effective problem identification and solution skills. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Be a good communicator and be fluent in English - written and verbally.
