As Pumps Manufacturing Operations Financial Controller/Analyst you will drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply chain and Project execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Executing of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities
- Owning cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment, functional costs, VCP, OCPH and overheads under/over liquidation
- Liaising with and providing updates to the site manager
- Preparing documentation for external/internal audit
- Addressing critical financial issues
- Contributing to project as a team member or leading small projects
- Advising management in the function and/or in the business.
- Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions
- Working with cross functional teams
- Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation.
- Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization
- Being proactive in managing financial and accounting matters and appropriate actions to improve controls and reporting.
- Developing working relationships with all members of project team and leads the team in financial discussions.
- Developing actions to correct unfavorable variances, mitigate risks, and improve profitability and cash flow
- Playing a key role in planning sessions and QMIs, ensuring sound estimates and sensitivities around various scenarios
- Being a partner to the Manufacturing team, driving operating performance through rigorous analytics and operating mechanisms
- Supporting simplification efforts across the business and the project savings forecasting process
- Participating in projects to drive growth and enhance productivity

**To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and skills**:
- Have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- Have Analytical skills
- Have fluency in English
- Be able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and be able to influence across different teams
- Be a team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment
- Show leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and build trust quickly
- be able to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
- be a team player with an execution driven mindset
- Able to work in unexpected circumstances and/or ambiguous situations
