The IXL System Engineer will be responsible for:Analyzing the input documentation and Customer requirementsDefining the functions, the architecture and the interfaces of the signalling system, customizing the Alstom Generic Solution to the project needsAnalyzing and capturing the product application conditionsConfiguring the system, developing its data preparation and the relevant documentationDelivering the system application data and performing the 'design' testingSupporting verification validation on-site commissioning team in the system validation phaseApplying processes, methods tools in accordance with the Alstom standardsContributing to the improvement of the sustainable and innovative transportation standard of the futureRequired Skills:Graduate or preferably 2/3 years' experienceGoal-oriented, problem-solving, team-working approachFlexibility and troubleshooting skillsBasics of networks and communication protocolsInterest to learn continuously, to improve technical and behavioral skills in a dynamic and international environmentPrevious experience and background in railway, metro signalling business or in a complex and regulatory asset environment (railway, aerospace, defense. . . ) would be a plus and a major assetYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
