For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for an **Advanced Analytics Assistant Scientist** to be hired with a temporary contract of 1 year in the Advanced Technology Center of Excellence (ATCOE) of the TECHNICAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (TO).

The person will be part of the team who manage and deploy "Lifecycle management of Innovative Technologies" project and will report to the ATCOE Sr Scientist at Latina Site.

**Main responsibility**:

- Assist in the development and delivery of a knowledge management program including targeted training of mature process models (statistical and mechanistic), advanced data analytic procedures (i. e. , Multivariate Analysis, statistical DOE-s) and Process Analytical Technologies (PAT)

- Assist in the creation of detailed training materials, global guidelines, SOP-s when (applicable) and training certification process working with the Business Process Optimization, training, and document control groups

- Development of Multi Variate Data Analysis (MVDA) modeling for oral solid dosage packaging processes

- Support local and global deployment of Advanced Technology Tools (Process models, PAT, Data Analytics, Chemometric Models) by working along in actual manufacturing environment with platform "Super Users" on ongoing and future projects

- Support investigations for non-conformances in case of occurrence during project activities using Advanced Technology Tools

- Support the Workforce of the Future (WOF) global initiative working with the BPO group

**Qualifications

- Master's degree in Engineering, Farmacy, CTF or Chemistry

- At least 6 months experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Oral Solid production is preferred)

- Academic knowledge of lines, processes, materials and equipment for pharmaceutical process (oral solid pharma production competence is preferred)

- Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products

- Basic experience in Project Management

- Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor

- Ability to coordinate a cross functional team to ensure the correct execution of the project activities according to the agreed timing

- Skills of ownership and accountability

- Skilled in problem-solving and decision making

- Fluent in English (B2 level and above)

- Capacity to lead calls with costumers

- Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to present scientific data and concepts effectively to international standards
