Janssen Italy - Digital Customer Engagement
Janssen Italy is recruiting for a Digital Customer Engagement Specialist, located in Cologno Monzese (MI)
As Digital Customer Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns and strategies for Janssen Italy.
In particular you will be focusing on web platform management, traffic acquisition, cloud migration and digital excellence processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing and implementing digital customer engagement strategies on different therapeutic areas that align with company's goals and objectives
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommended strategies
- Manage campaign and content creation in accordance to digital and content excellence company framework
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, CRM at national and international level to ensure cohesive and seamless digital customer experience
- Responsible for cloud migration process and related digital processes
- Identifying and implementing new technologies and tools to improve customer engagement and interaction
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital customer engagement, and recommending innovative strategies
- Enforce digital culture with internal and external stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Computer Engineering, Business and Administration, Digital and Communication degree or similar
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- 4 years of Digital background - Platforms and processes preferred
- Team working - ability to work in cross functional and cross countries team
- Full proficiency in English (B2 and above) and Italian (C1 and above)
- Influencing with effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support specific work outcomes.
- Building networks - takes action to establish and maintain connections with all the relevant stakeholders
- Facilitating change - encourages others to implement better approaches to address problems and opportunities.
