Being an integral part of a cross functional development team doing everything to deliver high quality software and create value to the organization.

Participate in the complete development cycle, including analysis, design, implementation and tests of the features in the scope of responsibility.

This cycle is based on a Feature Driven Development approach combined with some agile practices.

Thus, an active participation in team decisions is expected, to continuously improve our methods, software and team satisfaction. Receive the requirements and features from our Product Management, have adeep understanding about what's being required and solve the problem from Software engineering perspective. Debug the existing versions and propose enhancements taking into account the cost/benefit ratio. requisitos/requirementsRequirements:

MSc / BS degrees in Computer Science or related fieldsMore than 3 years of experience in Java software developmentFluent English, spoken and writtenAbility to travelTechnical skills:

Experience and knowledge of Object Oriented concepts, data structures and multi-threadingExperience in Java, J2EE, EJB 3. 1, Hibernate, JPA, GWTExperience with Application servers (JBOSS will be valued)Database concepts and SQLGeneral UNIX, specifically Linux, and/or Windows knowledgeoferta/offerOur perks:
