Waddi Srl , a company specializing in recruitment and personnel selection, is seeking a Java Developer for a solid International Group specializing in advanced IT solutions and software products for the automation and digitalization of the entire supply chain.

The Role and Context You will be the Technical Team Leader of a young and specialized team working with cutting-edge technologies.

This role requires advanced technical skills in Java and leadership abilities to guide a multidisciplinary and multicultural development team.

Your responsibilities will include: Designing back-end and front-end components based on functional specifications and proposing solutions tailored to project or product needs.

Managing task development in collaboration with other team members.

Developing user-friendly, mobile-responsive interfaces, ensuring a proper separation from the back end.

Creating efficient APIs and web services.

Writing technical specifications for other developers and coordinating subsequent development activities.

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an autonomous, organized, and motivated professional.

To be successful, you must meet the following requirements : Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Hard Skills Java Development : Experience with J2EE and/or Spring ; in-depth knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot , JavaScript , ES6 , and Vue. js.

Development Tools : Proficiency in version control systems like Git and/or SVN.

Software Architecture and Advanced Development : Experience with microservices, RESTful architectures , APIs , and SOAP web services ; familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and application servers like Wildfly.

Database Management : Strong knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases.

DevOps and CI/CD : Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Operating Systems : Familiarity with Linux systems.

Soft Skills Team Management : Coordinate and supervise a team of developers, assigning tasks and monitoring project progress.

Provide support and mentoring to enhance team members' technical and soft skills.

Project Management : Experience with Agile methodologies; ability to estimate time and resources for feature development.

Problem Solving and Decision Making : Resolve complex technical issues and define scalable solutions; make quick and strategic decisions during critical moments.

Communication and Collaboration : Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders, clients, and other technical or product teams; effective collaboration with software architects, product owners, and QA teams to ensure quality and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements Proficient in spoken and written Italian and English.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of the Logistics/Supply Chain sector.

Experience with JSF and Primefaces frameworks.
