Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Software Engineer at Open Gate S. p. a. located in Gorgonzola, with flexibility for remote work.

The Java Software Engineer will be responsible for software development, microservices architecture, programming, and utilizing the Spring Framework to build robust Java applications.

What We Are Looking For: A bright and motivated individual, preferably with a degree, who has solid knowledge of: Java and SpringBoot (experience with EJB/JBoss is a plus) Open-source databases (MySQL and Postgres) Linux Ability to structure and design software Knowledge of development best practices Experience with the following will be considered a plus: Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, or others) Front-end development, particularly with Angular Soft Skills: In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer focus.
