A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

Electrolux Professional Group is integrating the JDE EnterpriseOne 9. 2 Finance Module with the Procurement, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Quality modules.

You will be part of the IT Finance team in such international projects.

You will support finance community as business partner and incident resolver.

You will propose and deliver solutions for finance, implementing new technologies for efficiency and digitalization.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be part of the JDE implementation projects, driving workshops, trainings, user acceptance tests, hyper care, data migration.

You will mainly interact remotely and travel internationally from time to time;

- Support JDE Finance users in access and incident management, according to the promised service level and internal controls;

- Work cross-functionally with finance community, suppliers and project teams to design and deliver solutions supporting the Group Strategy;

- Propose and lead new initiatives of digitalization and efficiency up to higher industry standards (e. g.

Robotic Process Automation, JDE Orchestrator, JDE BI Publisher, Oracle Cloud).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Experience in a similar role in IT or Finance using a JDE full implementation;

- IT, Economics, Engineering degrees preferred;

- Knowledge of the JDE Finance module.

JDE procurement, warehouse, manufacturing and quality modules are a plus;

- Understanding of business requirement (e. g.

Administration, Controlling, Treasury, Finance);

- Fluent in English (Italian and Swedish are a plus).

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
