About the Company:

for a Energy Industry, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a ERP Coordinator/JDE Project Manager.

He/She will manage projects about ERP system for the medium and big initiatives.

In close cooperation with the Focal Point in Italy, business requests for improvements and changes in the ERP landscape should be evaluated, prioritized and implemented.

In parallel, the company is nowadays starting an initiative to replace this AS400 ERP to the corporate one, JDEdwards, so he/she will be in charge of some projects aligned with this strategy.

Currently, the AS400 team in Italy has 3-4 people composed of employees and external consultants.

He/she will be in charge of leading this team.

He/she will be part of Enterprise Application Unit in Europe reporting to the Focal Point Italy.

Clearly, monitor progress on assigned activities to his/her team and routinely reportstatus of them.

Communicate with the business to understand needs and collect requirements.

Define work plans based on ERP strategy, business priorities and IT capacity.

Project management in ERP area (AS400, JDE) taking responsibilities of initiate, plan and control of the project.

Define and control scope, timeline, budget, team and risks for each project.

Functional design of processes as a base for the development of new functionalities.

Job requirements Must Have:

3 - 5 years of IT and business work experience

Project management

JDEdwards functional knowledge, Distribution and Manufacturing area

ERP business analyst experience in the areas mentioned above

Team management

Liaising between IT department and Business

Fluent written and spoken English

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, other related field

Nice to Have:

Other european languages such Spanish are valuable

Any Project Management certification (PMP, Scrum, other) are considered a plus

Interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem-solving and drive for results

Open and receptive to new challenges

Other Info Location:

Milan or Turin.

Periodic trips to the other location are required.

Availability to travel in Europe (around 10%-15% of the time).
