In charge of a senior team, s/he will define the marketing plan and will lead the 360 projects development for the assigned product category. Main accountabilitiesStrategy / Analyse the market, study business potential, and define right business modelsRoadmap / Share a vision and manage 3-5 years planPortfolio / Push innovation through competitors' analysis, consumers needs and optimize the existing offer360 / Responsible for concept 360 development on existing and novelties, propose investment on/off strategies and ideasProfit / Study long term profit improvement initiatives encourage savingsManagement / manage the team and push empowerment, entrepreneurship, and collaborationQualifications and technical skills10-12 years of product marketing experience (with 3 to 5 years direct people management), coming from hard luxury, luxury, beauty or fashion industries.
